The project "Mezzanine: Youth Writing Peace" aims at creating independent media in the South of Asia. It gives young people the chance to work on conflict resolution and prevention and to express their ideas about peace and living in community. The specific case analysed ("Artists of the Floating World") is a photographic work realised by young people of 10-16 of age about Children Rights, taking as a point of departure the UN The Convention on the Rights of the Child. Young people are invited to choose the article they consider most important and to try a visual translation through photography.
