The protagonists of the song are a young Puerto Rican and a little girl from Afghanistan. The young Puerto Rican lives in New York and his flat was destroyed by a Boing 747; the little girl lives in Afghanistan, she doesn't even know where is Manhattan and her villages was destroyed by bombs. The two protagonists live so far away, they don't know each other and nobody knows them, but for one moment their lives crossed and they both become victims of our planetary and eternal violence.
